Nice to Meet You, I'm Camille
My training in Biology and Nutrition Sciences
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, with a specialization in the Cellular and Biomolecular curriculum. For my thesis, I presented a research project titled “The Use of BIVA (Bioelectrical Impedance Vector Analysis) in Monitoring and Preventing Cardiac Problems.”
I subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition Sciences, with a thesis focused on “Nutrition as a Complementary Therapy for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.”
To further enhance my expertise, I completed a specialization program in Sports Nutrition, earning certification as an Expert in Sports Nutrition from SANIS Academy, a leading institution in the field of nutrition and supplementation for athletic performance.

Since I was a child, I’ve been passionate about sports and psycho-physical well-being. I always had a clear idea of what I wanted to do professionally. I’ve practiced various sports — even at competitive levels — which increasingly brought me into the world of athletes and sparked my interest in how nutrition is linked to performance, both for competitive and recreational goals.
As someone living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), I spent many years without answers or an effective treatment that suited me. That personal experience drove me to further deepen my studies on health conditions and how nutrition can impact them.
"If we could give every individual the right amount of nourishment and exercise, we would have found the way to health. "
